Core Faith Church began as a step of faith, with a focus on pleasing God (Hebrews 11:6). We have continued through the years with the same focus. Our heart desires to see people saved from their sins and restored to a right relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ. God has placed a mandate on the Church to be disciples of Christ and to show the world the love, the power, and the reality of God in tangible ways. That is what we are about, being disciples and sharing the love of Christ with the world by offering them the greatest gift ever given and changing their eternal destinations.
Our Vision
The vision of Core Faith Church is simple. It is, “to please the Lord in all that we do.” The book of Hebrews 11:6 says, "without faith it is impossible to please God..." The book of James 2:17 says, "faith without works is dead." Thus, making our vision to be and produce a people who live by faith, walking in obedience to God's written and revealed Word, which is pleasing to God.
Our Mission
Is to be a disciple-making church. In our search of the scriptures for a biblical definition of what a disciple is and what a disciple should look like, we found that a disciple is one who is committed to Loving God, Growing Together, Serving and Reaching Others. To sum up our mission, it means, "reaching the lost, raising the living."

Loving God
We look to the Lord for guidance in our lives. In Scripture, we find all that we need to guide us in His will. Reading and understanding Scripture helps us all live meaningful lives.
Growing Together
Growing together is the cornerstone of our church. It is part of every activity that we do, every meeting that we hold. We believe in our Lord and that our actions are a reflection of his goodness.
Serving
Inside each of us is a purpose and meaning to be fulfilled by God. Join us in serving the Lord and His body as we encounter the Lord's unconditional love towards His children.
Reaching Others
Discipleship is a key command from Jesus. We are not just about introducing you to Jesus, but being there for you as you grow in your relationship and go through hardships.
Our Founding Leaders
We are a diverse group of people from different denominational backgrounds (if churched at all before joining CFC), who desire to see those barriers broken down. We have members from diverse cultural backgrounds and nationalities, and we are a relatively youthful church.
Bishop Jayson and Minister Elaine Quiñones are the founding leaders of Core Faith Church. Bishop Jayson Quiñones is a passionate preacher who desires to see true revival and see lives changed by the power of God. Born and raised in South Florida, Bishop Quiñones got involved in a lifestyle of drugs, violence, and immorality at a young age. He was radically saved at the age of 17. While he was under the influence of drugs, his mother boldly witnessed to him and led him to Christ. It proved to be more than an emotional moment, but an eternal transformation.
Minister Elaine Quiñones leads our women’s ministry and serves as a worship leader. Having been backslidden for many years, she reconciled her life to Christ at the age of 23. She became the choir director at IRC, where they met and eventually got married. Her passion for God is demonstrated in many ways, but especially in her worship. As one of the worship leaders at Core Faith Church, she inspires us all with her passion and boldness.
Bishop Jayson and Minister Elaine served as youth leaders and the youth pastors at IRC for a total of six years. They endeavor to be an example of what disciples of Christ should be to their daughter Alexis, son Josiah, their families, their Church family, and anyone else who witnesses their lives. They believe that God has called them to serve the body of Christ for such a time as this. As a part of what God is doing today, restoring His heart and design back to His body, they passionately seek the Father for revival in this hour, in this nation, and in this world!
